Where can I find the CC&R's of your community?
The CC&R's and bylaws are here.
When are assessments due and how much are the assessments?
Assessments are $288 quarterly and are due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. Payments must arrive no later than the close of business on the 4th of the month in order to avoid late fees.
